  1. What is the AvantStay Membership Program?
    It is an annual subscription service designed to provide our most loyal guests with elevated savings, priority service, and curated travel experiences. For the yearly fee of $149, you unlock a suite of exclusive benefits across our entire portfolio of designer homes.
  2. How do I join the AvantStay Membership Program?
    To join the AvantStay Membership Program, book a stay with us. During the check-out process, you will see your Exclusive Membership Offer available for purchase.
  3. How does the annual billing work?
    Your membership is automatically renewed annually on the date you sign up to ensure uninterrupted access to your Membership Benefits. You will receive an auto-renewal notification email 30 days before the renewal date with cancellation options.
  4. How do I cancel my AvantStay Membership?
    To cancel your AvantStay Membership, email members@avantstay.com and we will take care of the rest. To prevent future auto-renewals, cancel at least 24 hours prior to your Membership renewal date — i.e., if you signed up on 01/01/2026, please cancel no later than 12/31/2026. You will continue to enjoy your Membership Benefits until the end of your current 12-month billing cycle.
  5. Will I be refunded if I cancel my AvantStay Membership?
    If you've canceled both your first Booking and your Membership, we will refund you the full amount of both the Booking and Membership Fee, subject to the applicable Booking cancellation policy. In all other instances, the AvantStay Membership fee is non-refundable. However, your Membership benefits will continue to be active for the current 12-month billing cycle. If you've already applied your Membership Discount, we will not process a reversal of this discount. No automatic renewal will be processed for your account if the cancellation occurs within the current 12-month billing cycle.
  6. How does the “Sign-Up Bonus” work on my first booking?
    As a welcome gift, your first booking after joining the program includes a 10% discount (up to $250) that is stackable. This means you can combine this one-time bonus with other active AvantStay promotions or seasonal offers to maximize your initial savings.
  7. What is the discount for subsequent bookings?
    For every stay after your first, you will receive a consistent 10% discount (up to $250) that is automatically applied. Please note that for these subsequent bookings, the discount is not stackable. You can choose to apply your 10% member discount or use a different promotional coupon code, whichever offers you the better value.
  8. What kind of “Early Access” do members receive?
    Members are moved to the front of the line. You will receive early notification and booking windows for our biggest seasonal sales and limited-time promotions, ensuring you get first pick of our most popular homes before they open to the general public.
  9. How do I reach Member Support?
    We provide dedicated, members-only service lines. You will receive a private SMS number and email address reserved exclusively for our AvantStay Members. Whether you need to modify a reservation or request a late check-out, you skip the standard queue.
  10. What are “Trip Planning Recommendations”?
    We believe every stay should be tailored to your tastes. Through our partnerships with Vendors hand-selected by our Concierge Team, members receive bespoke itinerary suggestions — from private chef experiences to curated local excursions — based specifically on your travel history and the preferences you share with our Concierge Team.
  11. What is the Premium Welcome Gift?
    To make your arrival even more special, every member stay includes a Premium Welcome Gift waiting for you at the property. These are rotating, high-end amenities — ranging from artisanal local treats to fun wellness products — curated by our team to enhance your stay.
