•Cable and Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience; however, outages may occur from time to time.
•Please keep in mind that Port Aransas is an island, and mosquitoes or other pests may be plentiful at certain times of the year.
•All unit at Costa Bahia comes with a golf cart discount.
•All units are located on the ground floor with direct, step-free access. No stairs required.
•Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

•Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
