•This buyout has a maximum occupancy of 22.
•Pool heat is available for $150 per day per property, and you have the option to heat both or just one property. Make sure to send a request at least 48 hours before your stay.
•Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
•Quinta Blue and Quinta Green are available to be rented individually.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
Parking Details:
Quinta Blue: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.
Quinta Green: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.
Requirements prior to check-in: Guests must be provided a copy of the good neighbor brochure and they must execute a formal acknowledgment that they are legally responsible.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
