Alder's ideal location offers a quick walk, or bike ride, to both Sunriver Village and Sunriver Resort. Sunriver Village provides a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and activities like ice skating in the winter and mini golf in the summer months. The Sunriver Resort provides more restaurants and a pro shop. You can access the bike and pedestrian paths right from "Alder's" cul-de-sac -- and you can even use them to snowshoe or cross-country ski in the winter!
Near the south entrance, Alder allows you to easily stop at the Village Starbucks, or Brewed Awakenings, before hitting the slopes at nearby Mt. Bachelor or going to one of the several area lakes.
