•This is a 4 story home with a lot of steps. No access to bedrooms without going up steps and the main living area/kitchen is on the top floor. Not recommended for the elderly or small children.
•Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
•Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
•A 4WD with chains may be required to access this home during winter.
•The guest suite is located on the top floor and features a King bed, a living area, dining table, and kitchenette.
•This home does not have A/C.
•This home has an electric bear mat at the entrance. To the left of the front door, there is a button with ON and OFF settings. Press OFF before stepping on the mat, and you can turn it back on at checkout if desired. The mat can remain off during your stay.
•Construction may occur at neighboring properties or nearby roads without prior notice, especially during summer months in the Lake Tahoe area. These projects are outside our control and we do not receive advance notice.

•Garage clearance is only 7' and will not allow for sport rack/roof racks. Please do not attempt to park in the garage if the vehicle is lifted or contains a sport rack/roof rack.
•2-car driveway.
•No street parking allowed.
•Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
