•Per San Bernardino County's short-term rental regulations, daytime-only guests are limited to 6 individuals and may only be on the property from 10am - 8pm.
•Please note this home is located on an access road. Cars are required to carry chains in winter months. Weather conditions can change rapidly. Check Caltrans for updated weather conditions and road closures.
•For $10 a day per person you can purchase an ALA wristband. Children under 18 are free with an adult purchasing a wristband. The wristbands give guests access to limited swimming and fishing.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

A maximum of 4 cars can park on-site.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
