•This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival.
•This home does not have AC.
•The door between the twins and king bedrooms upstairs has been removed, combining them into one bedroom.
•This home has a max overnight occupancy of 12 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 18 guests.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
